Our sidewalls, especially those 120mm and above, come standard with specialized diagonal fabric reinforcement in the corrugations. Although a hallmark of our larger sidewalls, this feature can be incorporated into smaller sizes upon request.
The prescribed pulley diameter is applicable to standard-grade coatings and rubber thickness. Variations in coating grade and strength may necessitate a larger pulley diameter. For precise specifications, please reach out for consultation.
Cleat Range
Our cleats are engineered for peak performance, with the C-type and TC-type designs offering maximum conveyance capabilities and excellent self-cleaning properties. For conveying angles less than 40 degrees, T-type cleats are preferred; for angles exceeding 40 degrees, C-type, TC-type, or TCS-type cleats are optimal. Adjusting cleat spacing involves aligning with the sidewall wave crest, while the side bolt fastening device tailored for different cleat types prevents material leakage and the formation of dead-end accumulations.
