SIDEWALL RANGE
GRAND RUBBER sidewalls embody the forefront of innovative design and manufacturing. They ensure optimal flexing without fatigue, with profiles providing superior vertical stability for load retention and support. The design facilitates high compression, enabling smooth deflection over small radii.
A pivotal design feature is the dual-side application capability of the sidewalls to the base belt, significantly enhancing bond strength and security. The diagonal fabric insertion provides remarkable tear resistance and improved flexibility. Our rubber compounds are meticulously tested to guarantee maximum flexibility, high abrasion resistance, and tensile strength, catering to additional resistances when necessary.
Our type 120mm sidewalls and above are equipped with special diagonal fabric reinforcement in the corrugations as a standard, with this feature available for smaller sidewalls upon request.
CLEAT RANGE
Designed for peak performance, our cleats feature C-type and TC-type designs that maximize conveying capacity and offer excellent self-cleaning properties. The cleats, produced through molding, utilize uniquely formulated rubber materials to achieve high stiffness and strong impact resistance, maintaining shape even under high-density materials.
Under a conveying angle of less than 40 degrees, the cleat typically adopts a T-type design; for angles exceeding 40 degrees, C-type, TC-type, or TCS-type designs are employed.
The precise adjustment of cleat spacing is crucial, ensuring alignment with the sidewall wave crest and side bolt for optimal performance.
