SIDEWALL SPECIFICATION
GRAND RUBBER sidewalls embody cutting-edge design concepts and manufacturing excellence. Their design ensures optimal flexing without fatigue and offers exceptional vertical stability for load retention and return support. The innovative structure allows for high compression, ensuring seamless inner deflection around minimal radii.
Our sidewalls boast another unique feature: they can be pressed from both sides during base belt application, significantly enhancing bond strength and security. The diagonal fabric insertion offers superior tear resistance and greater flexing capability. The rubber compounds are rigorously tested for maximal flexibility, high abrasion resistance, and tensile strength, offering additional resistance as required.
Sidewalls of 120mm and above are standardized with special diagonal fabric reinforcement within their corrugations. Smaller sidewalls can also incorporate this feature upon request.
CLEAT SPECIFICATION
The cleat design is optimized for superior performance. Both C-type and TC-type cleats ensure maximum conveying capacity with excellent self-cleaning qualities. Produced through a meticulous molding process, these cleats are crafted from specially formulated rubber that provides substantial stiffness and robust impact resistance, keeping deformation at bay even under the load of higher density materials. The unique rubber formula fortifies the cleats' stiffness while enhancing their impact resistance, thus averting deformation due to prolonged stress.
For optimal performance in material transportation, when the conveying angle is less than 40 degrees, our cleat design typically utilizes the T type for efficient movement. However, when facing steeper angles exceeding 40 degrees, our engineering prowess shines with the use of C type, TC type, or the highly effective TCS type cleat configurations. This ensures reliable and smooth transportation across various conditions.
In the meticulous fine-tuning of cleat distances, it is essential to align them precisely with the sidewall wave crest. This requires an astute consideration of the corresponding side bolt, ensuring a seamless and harmonious fit that guarantees consistent and dependable performance in material conveyance.
