SIDEWALL SPECIFICATION

GRAND RUBBER sidewalls are a testament to innovative design and cutting-edge manufacturing techniques. The sidewall architecture ensures maximum flexing without fatigue, while providing excellent vertical stability for load retention and support on the return side. The design accommodates high compression, allowing smooth inner deflection around tight radii.

A notable feature is the ability to press sidewalls from both sides when affixed to the base belt, significantly enhancing bond strength and security. The diagonal fabric insertion offers remarkable tear resistance and facilitates easier sidewall flexing. The employed rubber compounds are rigorously tested for optimum flexibility, high abrasion resistance, and superior tensile strength, offering additional resistance where necessary.
Our sidewalls of 120mm and above come standard with diagonal fabric reinforcement in the corrugations, while smaller sidewalls can also be equipped with this feature upon request.


CLEAT SPECIFICATION
