Our sidewalls, starting from the 120mm type and above, come with standard diagonal fabric reinforcement within the corrugations. For smaller sidewalls, this feature is available upon request to meet specific requirements.
The recommended pulley diameter pertains to ordinary-grade standard coating with specified rubber thickness. For varying grades of coating rubber and differing strength needs, a larger pulley diameter may be necessary. Please consult us for detailed specifications tailored to your requirements.
Cleat Range
The meticulously engineered cleat design ensures unparalleled performance excellence. The C-type and TC-type cleats maximize conveying capacity while guaranteeing superior self-cleaning capabilities. Utilizing a precise molding process, the cleats are crafted from specially formulated rubber materials, resulting in exceptional stiffness and robust impact resistance. Even under the stress of transporting denser materials, these cleats resist deformation. Their unique rubber composition enhances rigidity and impact resilience, safeguarding against deformation from prolonged stress.
For conveying angles below 40 degrees, the T-type cleat is typically employed. When the angle exceeds 40 degrees, C-type, TC-type, or TCS-type cleats are generally preferred. Fine adjustments in cleat spacing must align with sidewall wave crests, and the accompanying side bolt fastening devices, tailored to various cleat types, effectively prevent material spillage through gaps, thus eliminating accumulation at dead ends.
