SIDEWALL RANGE
The GRAND RUBBER sidewalls embody the pinnacle of contemporary design and manufacturing prowess. They are crafted to allow for maximum flexing without fatigue, ensuring impeccable vertical stability for optimal load retention and support on the return side.
A standout design feature is the ability to press the sidewalls from both sides when applied to the base belt, offering superior bond strength and security. The diagonal fabric insertion provides exceptional tear resistance, enhancing flexibility, while the rubber compounds are meticulously tested for maximal flexibility, abrasion resistance, and tensile strength.
Our sidewalls, 120mm and above, come with standard diagonal fabric reinforcement in the corrugations, with availability for smaller sidewalls upon request.
CLEAT RANGE
We engineered our cleats to deliver exceptional performance. The C-type and TC-type designs maximize conveying capacity while offering superior self-cleaning properties. Utilizing advanced molding processes and specially developed rubber compounds, the cleats boast impressive stiffness and impact resistance, maintaining form even under high-density material loads.
For conveying angles less than 40 degrees, T type cleats are ideal; for angles surpassing 40 degrees, C type, TC type, or TCS type cleats are recommended.
Fine-tuning the cleat distance is crucial to align with the sidewall wave crest and side bolt, ensuring seamless, efficient operation.
