MAIN RUBBER TYPES
Choose from our diverse range of rubber types: Normal Standard, High Abrasion Resistant, Moderate Oil Resistant, and Heat Resistant options up to 120°C, 150°C, and high heat resistant up to 180°C. Our Flame Retardant (Self-extinguishing) variants provide added safety. For any other specific requirements, please contact us for special order possibilities.
SIDEWALL RANGE
Our sidewalls incorporate the latest design innovations and advanced manufacturing techniques. The design ensures maximum flexibility without fatigue, offering excellent vertical stability for load retention and return side support. It is engineered to withstand high compression, enabling smooth deflection around small radii.
One key feature is that the sidewalls are pressed from both sides during attachment to the base belt, resulting in significantly higher bond strength and greater security. The diagonal fabric insertion enhances tear resistance and allows for improved flexing.
The rubber compounds used are carefully selected and tested to ensure optimal flexibility, high abrasion resistance, and superior tensile strength, providing additional durability and resistance where necessary.
Main Technical Parameters
The ingeniously crafted cleat design ensures optimal performance - a hallmark feature of our product. With a choice of C-type and TC-type cleats, we offer unparalleled conveying capacity, coupled with stellar self-cleaning properties. Our cleats, thanks to a state-of-the-art molding process, are crafted from specially developed rubber materials that boast exceptional stiffness and robust impact resistance. This impeccable design effectively prevents deformation, even under the pressure of high-density materials.
The exclusive rubber formula further elevates the cleat's stiffness and impact resistance, ensuring longevity of form and function even under relentless stress.
For conveying angles less than 40 degrees,, T-type cleats are generally preferred; for angles greater than 40 degrees,, C-type, TC-type, or TCS-type cleats are typically chosen. Precise adjustment of the cleat positioning in relation to the sidewall wave crest and side bolts is essential for achieving peak performance.
