In our sidewall range, the 120mm and higher types come with special diagonal fabric reinforcement within the corrugations as a standard feature. For smaller sidewalls, this can be incorporated upon request to meet specific needs.
Please note that the above pulley diameter is subject to limitations based on standard grade coatings and rubber thickness. However, when different grades of coating rubber and strength are applied, a larger pulley diameter may be necessary. We encourage consultations to determine specific specifications tailored to your requirements.
Cleat Range
Our cleat design is meticulously crafted to ensure peak performance. Both C-type and TC-type configurations offer maximum conveying capacity with excellent self-cleaning capabilities. Utilizing an advanced molding process, the cleats are fabricated from specially developed rubber materials, achieving high stiffness and robust impact resistance. They maintain shape integrity even under heavy material loads. The unique rubber formula enhances stiffness and impact resistance, preventing deformation due to prolonged stress.
For conveying angles less than 40 degrees, the T type cleat is typically utilized. For angles exceeding 40 degrees, we recommend C type, TC type, or TCS type cleats. Precise adjustment of cleat spacing is essential to align with sidewall wave crests. Moreover, our side bolt fastening device, compatible with various cleat types, effectively prevents material leakage from gaps, reducing accumulation at unloading points.
