There are two types based on edge glue: moulded edge belt and cut edge belt. The framework materials include nylon (NN) canvas core conveyor belt (NN belt) and Polyester (EP) canvas core conveyor belt (EP belt).
Widely used in industries such as coal, mining, port, metallurgy, electric power, chemical industry, casting, building materials, and cement for high-speed transportation of materials. Ideal for transporting non-corrosive block, granular, powder materials, bulk materials, or finished articles.
The Nylon(NN) conveyor belt is known for its high abrasion resistance, tensile strength, and fatigue resistance. Ideal for medium to long-distance conveying, heavy loading, and high-speed applications.
The Polyester(EP) conveyor belt features low elongation, heat resistance, and good water resistance. Suitable for medium to long-distance, heavy-duty material transportation.
The Cotton canvas(CC) conveyor belt is perfect for short to medium-distance material conveying. With low elongation and good mechanical fastening, it is ideal for light-duty transportation.
GB / T7984-2013 Fabric core conveyor belt for general use.
GB / T32457-2015 Standard for conveyor belts with rubber or plastic coating for general-purpose textile core conveyor belts.
