There are two types based on edge glue: moulded edge belt and cut edge belt. The framework materials include nylon (NN) canvas core conveyor belt (NN belt) and Polyester (EP) canvas core conveyor belt (EP belt).

NN Conveyor Belt

The Nylon(NN) conveyor belt is known for its high abrasion resistance, tensile strength, and fatigue resistance. Ideal for medium to long-distance conveying, heavy loading, and high-speed applications.

 

EP Conveyor Belt

The Polyester(EP) conveyor belt features low elongation, heat resistance, and good water resistance. Suitable for medium to long-distance, heavy-duty material transportation.

 

CC Conveyor Belt

The Cotton canvas(CC) conveyor belt is perfect for short to medium-distance material conveying. With low elongation and good mechanical fastening, it is ideal for light-duty transportation.

Production Process

2. Calendaring: This step completes fabric coating, cover sheeting, and bonding of the belt carcass and covering sheet.


3. Laminating: Neatly adhering multiple layers of the belt together longitudinally, adding edge rubber on both sides, and covering rubber on the top and bottom to create a belt blank.


4. Vulcanising: Rubber vulcanization is a crucial procedure in the manufacturing process.


5. Inspecting/Packing: Final testing is conducted before delivery.
