The belt requires minimal maintenance while promising an extended lifespan, and is capable of handling a diverse array of materials.

Critical to its design, the sidewalls can be pressed from both sides during application to the base belt, offering considerably enhanced bond strength and security. The innovation extends to fabric insertions of the diagonal type, providing exceptional tear resistance and easy flexing. The rubber compounds are meticulously tested to ensure outstanding flexibility, high abrasion resistance, and superior tensile strength, with additional resistances available as needed.
Our sidewalls, particularly those measuring 120mm and above, feature specialized diagonal fabric reinforcement within the corrugations as a standard offering, with this feature optionally available for smaller sidewalls as required.


CLEAT SPECIFICATION

Designed for peak performance, the cleats, available in C-type and TC-type, maximize conveying capacity and boast self-cleaning capabilities. Produced through a meticulous molding process, the cleats are crafted from specially developed rubber materials, ensuring they possess remarkable stiffness and impact resistance. This construction prevents deformation, even when transporting higher-density materials. The cleat's unique rubber formula not only imparts stiffness but also bolsters impact resistance, effectively safeguarding against deformation under prolonged stress.
 

For optimal performance, when the conveying angle is less than 40 degrees, our Efficient Sidewall Conveyor Belt typically utilizes the T type cleat. However, as the conveying angle surpasses 40 degrees, a more robust cleat design is recommended-either the C type, the advanced TC type, or the highly specialized TCS type. Each cleat type is crafted to ensure maximum efficiency and adaptability in port and metallurgical applications.
