MAIN RUBBER TYPES
Our main rubber types offer exceptional versatility and durability. Choose from our Normal Standard, High Abrasion Resistant, and Moderate Oil Resistant options. For elevated temperatures, select our Heat Resistant options rated up to 120°C, 150°C, and even 180°C. Ensure safety with our Flame Retardant (Self-extinguishing) varieties. SIDEWALL RANGE
Our sidewalls leverage state-of-the-art design innovations and advanced manufacturing techniques to deliver optimal performance. They provide exceptional vertical stability for effective load retention and robust return side support. Our engineering excellence ensures they withstand high compression and navigate small radii with smooth deflection.
One key feature is that the sidewalls are pressed from both sides during attachment to the base belt, resulting in significantly higher bond strength and greater security. The diagonal fabric insertion enhances tear resistance and allows for improved flexing.
The rubber compounds used are carefully selected and tested to ensure optimal flexibility, high abrasion resistance, and superior tensile strength, providing additional durability and resistance where necessary.
Main Technical Parameters
The innovative cleat design guarantees superior performance, with both C-type and TC-type cleats delivering outstanding conveying capacity and remarkable self-cleaning capabilities. These cleats are crafted through a precise molding process , and they incorporate specially engineered rubber materials that ensure exceptional stiffness and robust impact resistance. This advanced design prevents any deformation, even when handling high-density materials.
The proprietary rubber formula significantly boosts the cleat's stiffness and impact resistance, ensuring it maintains its integrity and shape under prolonged stress.
For conveying angles less than 40 degrees, T-type cleats are generally recommended; for angles greater than 40 degrees, C-type, TC-type, or TCS-type cleats are typically chosen. The spacing between the cleats should be meticulously adjusted to align perfectly with the sidewall wave crest and side bolts, ensuring peak performance.
