Our sidewalls of 120mm and above come standard with specialized diagonal fabric reinforcement in the corrugations, enhancing durability. For smaller sidewalls, this feature can be incorporated upon request to meet specific needs.
The specified pulley diameter is applicable to ordinary grade with standard coating rubber thickness. For unique grades and different strength levels, a larger pulley diameter might be necessary. We advise consulting us for detailed specifications tailored to your requirements.
Cleat Range
The cleat design exemplifies optimal performance. The C-type and TC-type cleats are engineered to maximize conveying capacity while ensuring efficient self-cleaning. Using advanced molding processes, our cleats are crafted with specially developed rubber materials that offer substantial stiffness and robust impact resistance. Even when handling high-density materials, these cleats resist deformation. The distinct rubber formula enhances the impact resistance, preventing deformation under prolonged stress.
For conveying angles below 40 degrees, T-type cleats are typically utilized; whereas, for angles exceeding 40 degrees, C-type, TC-type, or TCS-type cleats are generally preferred. Fine-tuning the cleat distance requires alignment with the sidewall wave crest. Our specialized side bolt fastening devices, compatible with various cleat types, effectively prevent material leakage between cleats and avert dead-end accumulation.
