MAIN RUBBER TYPES

Main Technical Parameters
The ingenious cleat design guarantees superior performance, with both C-type and TC-type cleats providing unparalleled conveying capacity and outstanding self-cleaning features. These cleats are expertly manufactured using a cutting-edge molding process and incorporate specially engineered rubber materials designed for exceptional stiffness and robust impact resistance. This advanced design ensures there is no deformation even under the pressure of high-density materials.
The innovative rubber formulation significantly boosts the cleat's stiffness and impact resistance, ensuring it endures prolonged stress while maintaining its original shape.
For conveying angles below 40 degrees, T-type cleats are typically employed; for angles exceeding 40 degrees, C-type, TC-type, or TCS-type cleats are generally preferred. The spacing between the cleats should be meticulously adjusted to align with the sidewall wave crests and side bolts for optimal performance and efficiency.
