SIDEWALL RANGE

A standout feature of our sidewalls is their dual-sided application, enhancing bond strength and security. The diagonal fabric insertion offers exceptional tear resistance and flexibility, with rubber compounds tested for maximum flexibility, abrasion resistance, and tensile strength.
For sidewalls of 120mm and above, diagonal fabric reinforcement in the corrugations is standard, though smaller sizes can also incorporate this feature.
CLEAT RANGE
Our cleat design revolutionizes performance. With C-type and TC-type cleats, we ensure optimal conveying capacity and excellent self-cleaning. Using a unique molding process, our cleats exhibit remarkable stiffness and impact resistance, maintaining form even with high-density materials. The specialized rubber formula enhances impact resistance, preventing deformation from prolonged stress.
For conveying angles below 40 degrees, T-type cleats are recommended. For angles above 40 degrees, C type, TC type, or TCS type cleats are preferred for optimal performance.
Adjusting cleat distance requires alignment with the sidewall wave crest and side bolt for precision.
