Please note: The specified pulley diameter is applicable to ordinary-grade and standard coating rubber thickness. If the coating rubber or strength requirements exceed standard specifications, a larger pulley diameter may be necessary. Cleat Range

For conveying angles less than 40 degrees, we recommend using T-type cleats; for angles exceeding 40 degrees, C-type, TC-type, or TCS-type cleats are ideal. Fine-tuning the cleat distance is crucial to align with the sidewall wave crest, and our side bolt fastening devices-compatible with various cleat types-prevent material leakage and accumulation in gaps, ensuring seamless operation.
