Our diversified rubber types include: Normal Standard, High Abrasion Resistant, Moderate Oil Resistant, and Heat Resistant variants capable of withstanding temperatures of 120°C, 150°C, and up to a high 180°C. Main Technical Parameters
The cleat design ensures unparalleled efficiency and reliability, with both C-type and TC-type cleats delivering superior conveying capacity and remarkable self-cleaning abilities. These cleats are crafted through a precision molding process and incorporate specially formulated rubber materials that enhance stiffness and provide exceptional impact resistance. For conveying inclines less than 40 degrees, T-type cleats are typically employed; for inclines greater than 40 degrees, C-type, TC-type, or TCS-type cleats are customarily chosen. Precise adjustment of the distance between cleats is essential to align perfectly with the sidewall wave crest and side bolts, ensuring peak performance.
