SIDEWALL SPECIFICATION

Their design ensures superior vertical stability for load retention and robust return side support, while allowing for smooth, high-compression inner deflection around tight radii.

A crucial feature is their ability to be pressed from both sides during application, significantly enhancing bond strength and security. The diagonal fabric insertion delivers outstanding tear resistance and flexibility, complemented by rigorously tested rubber compounds for maximum adaptability, abrasion resistance, and tensile strength.
Our sidewalls, starting from type 120mm and above, feature standard diagonal fabric reinforcement in the corrugations, with the option for smaller sidewalls when needed.


CLEAT SPECIFICATION

Engineered for excellence, our cleats boast a design that ensures peak performance. The C-type and TC-type cleat configurations guarantee maximum conveying capacity and exceptional self-cleaning capability. Utilizing advanced molding processes, our cleats are crafted from specially formulated rubber materials, ensuring remarkable stiffness and impact resistance. They resist deformation-even under the strain of high-density materials-thanks to their unique rubber formula that fortifies stiffness and enhances impact tolerance, safeguarding against long-term stress-induced deformation.
 

To ensure optimal performance tailored to your needs, when the conveyor belt's angle of inclination is less than 40 degrees, a T-type cleat is typically recommended. For angles exceeding 40 degrees, consider using cleats of the C type, TC type, or TCS type, which are designed to handle steeper inclines with ease.

To achieve precision and enhance the efficiency of your conveyor system, it's important to finely adjust the cleat spacing. This adjustment should be meticulously aligned with the crest of the sidewall waves and the positioning of the side bolts, ensuring seamless operation and stability during conveyance.
