SIDEWALL SPECIFICATION

Our GRAND RUBBER sidewalls showcase the pinnacle of contemporary design and manufacturing excellence. The innovative design allows high compression for smooth deflection around tight radii.

A standout feature is the capability to press sidewalls from both sides onto the base belt, significantly enhancing bond strength and security. The diagonal fabric insertion offers superior tear resistance and allows increased flexion. Our rubber compounds have been rigorously tested to offer maximal flexibility and high abrasion resistance, along with enhanced tensile strength for added durability.
For sidewalls 120mm and larger, our standard includes special diagonal fabric reinforcement in corrugations, with this feature available for smaller sidewalls upon request.


CLEAT SPECIFICATION

Our cleat design is crafted for peak performance, featuring C-type and TC-type configurations that maximize conveying capacity while ensuring excellent self-cleaning properties. Utilizing a specialized molding process, the cleats are formed with high-stiffness rubber materials providing formidable impact resistance. Our proprietary rubber formula ensures that cleats maintain their shape and resist deformation, even when carrying high-density materials, thus extending cleat longevity under prolonged stress.
 

For conveying angles less than 40 degrees, our superior design incorporates a T-type cleat to ensure optimal performance.
