Our sidewalls, especially those measuring 120mm and above, come standard with special diagonal fabric reinforcement embedded within the corrugations, though this advanced feature can be incorporated into smaller sidewalls as per requirement.
The listed pulley diameter pertains to ordinary-grade coatings with standard rubber thicknesses. For special grades or varying strengths, a larger pulley diameter might be necessary. We recommend consulting for tailored specifications.
Cleat Range
Our cleat design is meticulously engineered to ensure optimal performance. The C-type and TC-type cleats maximize conveying capacity while ensuring excellent self-cleaning capabilities. Crafted through a precise molding process, these cleats boast remarkable stiffness and resistance to impact, maintaining their form even under the pressure of carrying dense materials. The specialized rubber formula endows the cleats with rigidity and heightened impact resistance, safeguarding against deformation from prolonged stress.
For conveying angles under 40 degrees, T-type cleats are typically used, while angles exceeding 40 degrees generally require C-type, TC-type, or TCS-type cleats. Fine-tuning the cleat spacing requires careful consideration of its alignment with the sidewall wave crest. Additionally, side bolt fastening devices, tailored to specific cleat types, effectively prevent material leakage between cleats, avoiding accumulation and potential blockages.
