SIDEWALL RANGE
At the forefront of innovation, GRAND RUBBER sidewalls showcase state-of-the-art design and manufacturing advancements. They ensure optimal flexing without fatigue, coupled with superior vertical stability for maintaining load retention and supporting the return side.
Our sidewalls' unique construction allows them to be pressed from both sides when attached to the base belt, enhancing bonding strength and security. The diagonal fabric insertion provides outstanding tear resistance and allows effortless flexing, ensuring longevity and performance.
The rubber compounds used are rigorously tested to ensure maximum flexibility, robust abrasion resistance, and superior tensile strength, offering additional resistances as needed. For sidewalls measuring 120mm and above, special diagonal fabric reinforcement is standard in the corrugations, with customization available for smaller sizes when required.
CLEAT RANGE
Each cleat is meticulously designed for optimal performance. The C-type and TC-type cleat designs maximize conveying capacity and self-cleaning, crafted through a specialized molding process to produce cleats with exceptional stiffness and impact resistance.
Even when handling higher density materials, these cleats hold their form due to their unique rubber formulation, preventing deformation from prolonged stress.
When conveying at angles less than 40 degrees, the T type cleat is recommended; for angles greater than 40 degrees, C type, TC type, or TCS type cleats are advised. Fine-tuning cleat distances should consider the alignment with sidewall wave crests and side bolts for impeccable performance.
