SIDEWALL SPECIFICATION

GRAND RUBBER's sidewalls embody the forefront of design and manufacturing, enabling maximum flexing without fatigue, and providing exceptional vertical stability for load retention and side support.

Designed to be pressed from both sides, our sidewalls offer heightened bond strength and security, featuring diagonal fabric insertions that enhance tear resistance and flexibility, ensuring superb performance.
The larger sidewalls, starting from type 120mm, include diagonal fabric reinforcement standardly within the corrugations, with smaller varieties available upon request.


CLEAT SPECIFICATION

Our cleat design guarantees optimum performance, with C-type and TC-type designs offering maximum capacity and self-cleaning efficiency. Using advanced molding techniques and specially developed rubber, our cleats exhibit remarkable stiffness and impact resistance, resisting deformation under heavy-duty conditions. The distinct rubber composition further reinforces our cleats, maintaining their shape and durability under extended stress.
 

When the conveying angle gracefully arcs to less than 40 degrees, the cleat is typically a robust and efficient T type. However, as the conveying angle boldly surpasses 40 degrees, the cleat design transitions into a more specialized C type, TC type, or the dynamic TCS type to maintain optimal performance and reliability.

For precise and meticulous adjustment of the cleat distance, it is essential to harmonize this with the sidewall wave crest to ensure seamless operation. Additionally, the alignment and stability of the side bolt play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and functionality of the conveyor system.
