Our sidewalls, measuring 120mm and above, are inherently reinforced with special diagonal fabric in corrugations, ensuring robust performance as a standard. This feature can also be integrated into smaller sidewalls upon request.
The specified pulley diameter pertains to ordinary grade and standard coating rubber thickness. For special-grade coating rubber with varying strengths, a larger pulley diameter might be necessary. Kindly consult for detailed specifications.
Cleat Range
Our cleat design is engineered for peak performance. Whether it's the C-type or TC-type, each is built to maximize conveying capacity while offering exceptional self-cleaning abilities. The cleats are crafted through a sophisticated molding process using specially developed rubber materials, resulting in robust stiffness and superior impact resistance. Even when tasked with high-density materials, these cleats resist deformation. The unique rubber formula not only provides stiffness but also fortifies the cleat against impacts, preventing deformation even under prolonged stress.
For conveying angles less than 40 degrees, the T-type cleat is ideal. When angles exceed 40 degrees, the C-type, TC-type, or TCS-type cleats are recommended. Adjusting cleat spacing requires aligning with the sidewall wave peaks. The side bolt fastening device, tailored to different cleat types, effectively prevents material leakage and accumulation, ensuring seamless unloading.
