Our sidewalls of 120mm and above come standard with special diagonal fabric reinforcement within the corrugations. However, for smaller sidewalls, this robust feature can be incorporated upon request to meet specific needs.
The recommended pulley diameter is based on ordinary grade and standard coating rubber thickness. For unique grades of coating rubber and varying strengths, a larger pulley diameter may be necessary. We invite you to consult with us for precise specifications tailored to your requirements.
Cleat Range
Our cleat design is engineered to deliver optimal performance. With C-type and TC-type configurations, the cleats ensure maximum conveying capacity paired with outstanding self-cleaning properties. Manufactured using advanced molding processes, these cleats are crafted from specially formulated rubber materials to achieve remarkable stiffness and robust impact resistance, minimizing deformation even under high-density material loads. The unique rubber composition fortifies the cleat, enhancing its resistance to impact and preventing deformation from prolonged stress.
For conveying angles below 40 degrees, the cleat is typically T type; however, for angles exceeding 40 degrees, C type, TC type, or TCS type cleats are more appropriate. Adjustment of cleat spacing should consider alignment with the sidewall wave crest, and the corresponding side bolt fastening device for different cleat types can effectively prevent material leakage through gaps, avoiding unwanted accumulation at discharge points.
