Our sidewalls measuring 120mm and above are equipped with specialized diagonal fabric reinforcement within the corrugations as a standard. This feature can also be incorporated into smaller sidewalls upon request.
Standard pulley diameters cater to ordinary grade and coating rubber thicknesses. However, variations in coating rubber grade and strength might necessitate a larger pulley diameter. For precise specifications, please consult with us.
Cleat Range

Produced using the molding process, these cleats are made from specially formulated rubber materials, endowing them with significant stiffness and robust impact resistance. For conveying angles under 40 degrees, T-type cleats are typically employed; for angles exceeding 40 degrees, C-type, TC-type, or TCS-type cleats are preferred. Fine-tuning the cleat distance involves aligning with the sidewall wave crest, and the side bolt fastening device-which is compatible with various cleat types-prevents material leakage and the accumulation of unwanted residue at the cleat gaps.
