Our sidewalls, starting from 120mm, feature special diagonal fabric reinforcement in the corrugations for enhanced durability, a standard for larger sizes but available for smaller sidewalls upon request.
The specified pulley diameter adheres to the standard grade and rubber thickness. For special grade coatings or differing strengths, a larger pulley diameter may be necessary. Please consult for detailed specifications.
Cleat Range
The cleat designs are crafted for peak performance. Both C-type and TC-type cleats excel in maximizing conveying capacity while ensuring outstanding self-cleaning capabilities. For angles less than 40 degrees, T-type cleats are standard; for angles exceeding 40 degrees, C, TC, or TCS types are preferable.
