By Temperature Tolerance:
Grade 1: T1, designed to handle test temperatures not exceeding 100 ºC.
Grade 2: T2, engineered to endure test temperatures up to 125 ºC with assurance.
Grade 3: T3, proficient in tolerating test temperatures reaching up to 150 ºC.
Grade 4: T4, robust enough to withstand test temperatures no greater than 180 ºC.
Grade 5: T5, built to manage test temperature tolerances up to 250 ºC.
Grade 6: T6, expertly crafted to endure extreme test temperatures up to 400 ºC.
Product Features
The GRAND RUBBER heat resistant belt is crafted from EP fabric known for its high modulus and minimal shrinkage. The cover compound consists of either modified SBR or EPDM. This composition affords the belt remarkable thermal stability, making it ideal for transporting hot materials with surface temperatures ranging from 100 to 400ºC across demanding industrial environments such as steel plants, cement facilities, and coke and glass processing plants.
