There are two types based on edge glue: moulded edge belt and cut edge belt. The framework materials include nylon (NN) canvas core conveyor belt (referred to as nylon belt or NN belt) and polyester (EP) canvas core conveyor belt (known as polyester belt or EP belt).

The Nylon(NN) conveyor belt is woven with nylon fibers, providing excellent abrasion resistance, tensile strength, and fatigue resistance. Ideal for medium to long-distance, heavy loading, and high-speed material conveying.

 

EP Conveyor Belt

The Polyester(EP) conveyor belt features a tension-resistant body woven with polyester and nylon fibers. With low elongation, heat resistance, and good water resistance, it is suitable for medium to long-distance, heavy-duty material transportation.

 

CC Conveyor Belt

The Cotton canvas(CC) conveyor belt is a traditional option for short to medium-distance material conveying. Woven with cotton fibers, it offers low elongation, mechanical fastening, and resistance to high temperatures, making it ideal for light-duty transportation.

Production Process

 

The production of our rubber conveyor belts involves 5 key steps:

1. Mixing: The rubber is initially mixed.


2. Calendaring: This step completes fabric coating, cover sheeting, and bonding of the belt carcass and covering sheet.


3. Laminating: Neatly adhering multiple layers of the belt together longitudinally, adding edge rubber on both sides, and covering rubber on the top and bottom to create a belt blank.


4. Vulcanising: A crucial procedure in the processing of rubber conveyor belts and the final step in the manufacturing process.


5. Inspecting/Packing: Testing is conducted before delivery to ensure quality.
