SIDEWALL SPECIFICATION

A key design aspect is the capability to press sidewalls from both sides when applied to the base belt, significantly enhancing bond strength and security. The diagonal fabric insertion imparts outstanding tear resistance and facilitates smooth flexation. Our rubber compounds are rigorously tested for premier flexibility, abrasion resistance, and tensile strength, catering to additional resistance needs.
Our sidewall types from 120mm upwards include standard diagonal fabric reinforcement in the corrugations. Smaller sidewalls can also be equipped with this feature on demand.


CLEAT SPECIFICATION

Our cleat designs are crafted for peak performance. The C-type and TC-type cleats maximize conveying capacity and offer excellent self-cleaning capabilities. Manufactured through a precise molding process, utilizing specially developed rubber materials, these cleats are characterized by high stiffness and remarkable impact resistance. Even under the stress of transporting denser materials, they maintain their form, thanks to an innovative rubber formula that heightens their rigidity and impact resistance, preventing deformation over prolonged use.
 

When it comes to the conveying angle, precision is key! For angles less than 40 degrees, the cleat typically takes on a robust T type configuration. However, for angles exceeding 40 degrees, a more specialized approach is required, with options including the versatile C type, the adaptable TC type, or the innovative TCS type, each engineered to meet challenging demands.

Achieving the perfect cleat distance is a meticulous process that requires thoughtful consideration of several key factors. A seamless correspondence with the sidewall wave crest is essential, as well as an alignment with the side bolt to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
