Our sidewalls, measuring 120mm and above, are fortified with special diagonal fabric reinforcement within the corrugations as a standard feature. For smaller sidewalls, this reinforcement can be incorporated upon request.
The recommended pulley diameter correlates with ordinary grade and standard coating rubber thickness. If the coating rubber is of a special grade or possesses different strength requirements, a larger pulley diameter may be necessary. Cleat Range

For conveying angles less than 40 degrees, T-type cleats are typically utilized; for angles exceeding 40 degrees, C-type, TC-type, or TCS-type cleats are recommended. The precise adjustment of cleat spacing is crucial, ensuring alignment with the sidewall wave crest. The side bolt fastening device, compatible with diverse cleat types, effectively prevents material leakage through gaps, eliminating dead-end accumulation issues.
