MAIN RUBBER TYPES
Our comprehensive range of rubber types includes: Normal Standard with High Abrasion Resistance, Moderate Oil Resistance, Heat Resistance up to 120°C, and even further to 150°C, with High Heat Resistance reaching up to 180°C. We also provide Flame Retardant (Self-extinguishing) options. For any specialized requirements, don't hesitate to reach out to us for custom solutions.
SIDEWALL RANGE
Our sidewalls feature the latest in design innovations and advanced manufacturing techniques. This ensures exceptional flexibility without succumbing to fatigue, while simultaneously offering outstanding vertical stability for load retention and robust return side support. Designed to endure high compression, our sidewalls enable smooth navigation even around tight radii.
One key feature is that the sidewalls are pressed from both sides during their attachment to the base belt, which results in a much stronger bond and enhanced security. The diagonal fabric insertion substantially boosts tear resistance and facilitates superior flexing capabilities.
The rubber compounds employed are meticulously chosen and rigorously tested to guarantee excellent flexibility, impressive abrasion resistance, and exceptional tensile strength, ensuring outstanding durability and resistance wherever required.
Main Technical Parameters
The cutting-edge cleat design ensures unparalleled performance, featuring both the versatile C-type and the efficient TC-type cleats delivering maximum conveying capacity and superior self-cleaning properties. Each cleat boasts a state-of-the-art molding process and incorporates specially engineered rubber materials that confer high stiffness and robust impact resistance. This innovative design effectively prevents deformation even under the stress of transporting high-density materials.
The exclusive rubber formula significantly enhances cleat stiffness and impact resistance, ensuring durability and stability under prolonged stress without compromising shape integrity.
For conveying angles less than 40 degrees, T-type cleats are generally preferred; for angles greater than 40 degrees, C-type, TC-type, or TCS-type cleats are typically chosen. The precise distance between cleats should be meticulously adjusted to correspond with the sidewall wave crest and side bolts, ensuring optimal performance.
