PRODUCT FEATURES
Designed for steep incline conveying from 0 to 90 degrees, this belt eliminates transfer points, minimizes spillage at steep angles, and maximizes space utilization.
With minimal maintenance needs and an extended belt lifespan, it adeptly handles a wide array of materials with finesse.
Sidewall belts are engineered to deliver outstanding tensile strength and abrasion resistance. They possess the necessary cross rigidity
and longitudinal flexibility to navigate conveyor deflection parts. The specially designed base belt with cross rigidity addresses the issue
of belt deformation effectively. Our belts adhere to the highest international standards.

SIDEWALL RANGE
GRAND RUBBER sidewalls showcase cutting-edge design and manufacturing excellence. Engineered for maximum flexing without fatigue, their profile offers excellent vertical stability for load retention and support. The high compression design ensures smooth deflection around tight radii.
A key design feature allows sidewalls to be pressed from both sides onto the base belt, enhancing bond strength and security. The diagonal fabric insertion offers superior tear resistance and flexible performance. Tested rubber compounds ensure maximum flexibility, abrasion resistance, and tensile strength.
Sidewalls of type 120mm and above come standard with diagonal fabric reinforcement in the corrugations, while smaller sidewalls can be customized with this feature upon request.
CLEAT RANGE
Our cleat design guarantees maximum performance, with C-type and TC-type designs providing optimal conveying capacity and self-cleaning efficiency. Crafted through a molding process, our cleats are made from specially formulated rubber that offers high stiffness and impact resistance, ensuring durability when handling dense materials.
For conveying angles less than 40 degrees, T-type cleats are preferred. For angles over 40 degrees, C-type, TC-type, or TCS-type cleats are recommended.
Fine-tuning the cleat distance requires careful alignment with the sidewall wave crest and side bolt for seamless integration.
