SIDEWALL RANGE
Qingdao Grand Rubbers' sidewalls represent cutting-edge design and manufacturing excellence. They are crafted to ensure maximum flexing without fatigue, boasting excellent vertical stability for load retention, and ensuring smooth operations even around small radii.
An innovative feature of our sidewalls is the capability of being pressed from both sides for enhanced bond strength and security. The diagonal fabric insertion offers superior tear resistance and flexibility. Our extensively tested rubber compounds guarantee maximum flexibility, high abrasion resistance, and tensile strength, providing additional resistances as needed.
For sidewalls measuring 120mm and above, standard diagonal fabric reinforcement is included in the corrugations. Even smaller sidewalls can incorporate this feature upon request.
CLEAT RANGE
The cleat design is optimized for peak performance. Our C-type and TC-type cleats deliver maximum conveying capacity with excellent self-cleaning capabilities. Manufactured through an advanced molding process, these cleats boast considerable stiffness and impact resistance, remaining unyielding against higher-density materials. The bespoke rubber formulation enhances stiffness and impact resistance, preventing deformation even under prolonged stress.
For conveying angles below 40 degrees, the T type cleat is preferred; for angles exceeding 40 degrees, opt for C type, TC type, or TCS type cleats.
Precise adjustments of cleat distances are crucial to align with sidewall wave crests and side bolts, ensuring seamless operation.
