Cleat Range
Our cleat design is engineered for peak performance. The C-type and TC-type cleats are crafted for maximum conveying efficiency, boasting excellent self-cleaning capabilities. Utilizing a sophisticated molding process, our specially developed rubber materials confer significant stiffness and superior impact resistance to the cleats, ensuring they remain unchanged even under the strain of heftier materials. For angles under 40 degrees, T-type cleats are typically employed; beyond 40 degrees, C-type, TC-type, or TCS-type cleats are preferred. Precise adjustments in cleat spacing must align with the sidewall wave crest, and our side bolt fastening device is crafted to accommodate various cleat types, effectively preventing material leakage and accumulation at junctions.
