PRODUCT USE
The sidewall conveyor belts are designed for horizontal, steep inclined and vertical handling of all kinds of bulk materials from coarse-size coal and ore, rock, coarse sand or fertilizers,etc. Lump sizes varying from powdery, floury material up to material with material size 400 mm (16"). Its remarkable conveying capacity can reach up to an impressive 6000 m3/h, materials can be carried over 500 m (1,640') in vertical lift. Grand Rubber conveyor belts are supplied in standard black rubber quality of high abrasion resistance.
In addition, other qualities such as heat and oil resistant or flame retardant rubber can be supplied.

SIDEWALL SPECIFICATION

These sidewalls are engineered to compress effectively for smooth inner deflection over tight curves.
Key features include the ability for sidewalls to be pressed from both sides when affixed to the base belt, enhancing bond strength and security. The diagonal fabric inserts provide exceptional tear resistance and flexibility, enabling easy flexing. Our rubber compounds are rigorously tested to deliver optimal flexibility, abrasion resistance, and tensile strength, offering robust resistance where it counts.
Standard for our sidewalls of 120mm and above is special diagonal fabric reinforcement within the corrugations, though smaller sidewalls can be fabricated with this feature upon request.
CLEAT SPECIFICATION
Our cleat design ensures peak performance, with C-type and TC-type designs aimed at maximizing conveying capacity and self-cleaning efficiency. Utilizing a precise molding process and specially formulated rubber, our cleats exhibit high stiffness and impact resistance. They resist deformation even under heavy loading of dense materials, thanks to their unique rubber formula designed to enhance stiffness and impact tolerance, preventing long-term deformation.
For applications with a conveying angle below 40 degrees, our innovative OEM Allowed Sidewall Conveyor Belt typically utilizes the T-type cleat, perfectly engineered for optimal efficiency.
