Main Technical Parameters
The ingenious cleat design ensures exceptional operational efficiency, with both C-type and TC-type cleats providing superior conveying capacity and remarkable self-cleaning properties. Crafted using a state-of-the-art molding process , these cleats incorporate specially formulated rubber materials that guarantee high stiffness and robust impact resistance. This innovative design effectively prevents deformation even when tasked with transporting high-density materials.
The advanced rubber formulation significantly boosts the cleat's stiffness and impact resistance, ensuring it endures prolonged stress without compromising its shape.
For conveying angles less than 40 degrees, T-type cleats are generally preferred; for angles greater than 40 degrees, C-type, TC-type, or TCS-type cleats are typically chosen. The spacing between the cleats should be meticulously adjusted to align with the sidewall wave crest and side bolts, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
