SIDEWALL SPECIFICATION

Our sidewalls incorporate cutting-edge design elements and manufacturing techniques, ensuring maximum flexibility without fatigue. They provide exceptional vertical stability and support during load retention and return.

The sidewall design allows for high compression and smooth inner deflection, even around tight radii. The innovative bonding technique, which presses the sidewalls from both sides, significantly enhances bond strength and security.
Our 120mm and larger sidewalls come standard with diagonal fabric reinforcement in the corrugations for superior tear resistance and flexibility. This feature can also be added to smaller sidewalls upon request.


CLEAT SPECIFICATION

Our cleat design ensures optimal performance with both C-type and TC-type variants, maximizing conveying capacity and self-cleaning efficiency. The cleats are produced through advanced molding processes using specially formulated rubber materials that provide high stiffness and impact resistance, maintaining their shape even under heavy loads.
 

For conveying angles that gracefully slope below 40 degrees, the cleat is typically of the T type, providing efficient performance. However, when the angle ascends beyond 40 degrees, it's optimal to use the C type, TC type, or the robust TCS type cleats, ensuring superior adaptability and efficiency.

The meticulous fine-tuning of cleat distance is crucial, strategically aligning with the rhythmic wave crest of the sidewall and the precisely positioned side bolt, ensuring seamless and efficient operation.
