Fabric Conveyor Belt

Fabric conveyor belts are suitable for medium and long distance, heavy load, and high-speed transportation of materials, which are widely used in mines, metallurgy, architecture, ports, electricity, chemical industries, etc.
According to the framework material: nylon (NN) canvas core conveyor belt (nylon belt, NN belt for short); Polyester (EP) canvas core conveyor belt (referred to as polyester belt, EP belt).

Production Process

Mixing → Calendaring →Laminating → Vulcanising - Inspecting/packing
1. The initial phase of the production process is to mix the rubber.
2. The calendering process mainly completes the fabric coating, cover sheeting, and bonding of the belt carcass and the covering sheet.
3. Laminating is the process of neatly adhering multiple layers of the belt together longitudinally, sticking edge rubber on both sides, and covering rubber on the top and bottom to make a belt blank.
4. Rubber vulcanization is one of the most important procedures in the processing of rubber conveyor belts, as well as the final step in the manufacturing process.
5. Finished belt after testing.
