MAIN RUBBER TYPES

Main Technical Parameters
The cleat design ensures optimal performance, with both C-type and TC-type cleats offering maximum conveying capacity and excellent self-cleaning properties. These cleats are crafted using a molding process and feature rubber materials carefully formulated for high stiffness and incredible impact resistance. This meticulous design ensures no deformation, even under the pressure of conveying high-density materials.
The unique rubber formula boosts the cleat's stiffness and impact resistance, guaranteeing it withstands prolonged stress while maintaining its shape flawlessly.
For conveying angles less than 40 degrees, T-type cleats are ideal; for angles greater than 40 degrees, C-type, TC-type, or TCS-type cleats are commonly chosen. The spacing between the cleats should be precisely adjusted to harmonize with the sidewall wave crest and side bolts, ensuring peak performance.
