Structure of Heat Resistant Rubber Conveyor Belt
Top cover rubber is made from specially formulated heat-resistant compounds that withstand temperatures from 150°C to 300°C. It offers excellent resistance to cracking, hardening, and surface wear.
The fabric carcass is reinforced with high-strength EP or NN fabric, providing outstanding tensile strength, low elongation, and good dimensional stability.
The bottom cover rubber protects the carcass and ensures smooth running against rollers and idlers.
A skim layer between fabric plies enhances bonding strength and prevents delamination under heat and stress.
The belt is available with either cut edges or moulded edges for added durability and sidewall protection.
