SIDEWALL SPECIFICATION

GRAND RUBBER sidewalls are a testament to innovative design and manufacturing prowess. They ensure maximum durability with the ability to flex without fatigue.

These sidewalls offer exceptional vertical stability and load retention, providing smooth transitions around small radii. Engineered for higher bond strength, they incorporate diagonal fabric for superior tear resistance and flexibility.
Our sidewalls, 120mm and above, include specialized diagonal fabric reinforcement standardly, with options for smaller sizes.


CLEAT SPECIFICATION

The cleat design optimizes performance, featuring C-type and TC-type configurations for maximum capacity and self-cleaning efficiency. Molded with advanced rubber, these cleats are resilient against deformation, even under high-stress conditions, due to their unique stiffening formula.
 

For optimal performance and efficiency, when the conveying angle is less than 40 degrees, it is standard to use a T type cleat. However, for angles surpassing 40 degrees, the cleat selection becomes crucial. In such cases, a C type, TC type, or TCS type cleat is recommended to ensure superior reliability and functionality.

Achieving precision in cleat placement is essential. Pay careful attention to the fine adjustment of the cleat distance, keeping in mind its alignment with the sidewall wave crest and the positioning of the side bolt. This meticulous calibration is key to maintaining seamless and efficient conveyor operations.
