Our sidewalls measuring 120mm and above are equipped with special diagonal fabric reinforcement within the corrugations as a standard feature. For smaller sidewalls, this reinforcement is available upon request.
The recommended pulley diameter is based on ordinary grade with standard coating rubber thickness. Variations in special grade coating rubber or strength may necessitate a larger pulley diameter. Please consult us for detailed specifications.
Cleat Range
The cleat's design is meticulously crafted to ensure peak performance. With C-type and TC-type configurations, they deliver maximum conveying capacity alongside superior self-cleaning capabilities. The cleat is produced using an advanced molding process, with specially formulated rubber materials ensuring high stiffness and robust impact resistance. These cleats stand resilient, resisting deformation even under high-density material loads. The unique rubber composition ensures rigidity while boosting impact resistance, safeguarding against deformation over prolonged stress periods.
For conveyance angles under 40 degrees, the cleat is predominantly T type; exceeding 40 degrees, options include C type, TC type, or TCS type. Fine-tuning the cleat distance is crucial to align with the sidewall wave crest. The side bolt fastening system, tailored to various cleat types, prevents material leakage from gaps, avoiding accumulation in dead zones.
