SIDEWALL RANGE
Our GRAND RUBBER sidewalls embody cutting-edge design and manufacturing excellence. The innovative sidewall design offers maximum flexing without fatigue and exceptional vertical stability for load retention and support.
A distinguished design feature allows sidewalls to be pressed from both sides during application, ensuring superior bond strength and security. Enhanced by diagonal fabric insertion, it provides excellent tear resistance and ease of flexing. Each rubber compound is meticulously tested for flexibility, abrasion resistance, high tensile strength, and additional resistances where necessary.
Our 120mm and larger sidewalls come with specialized diagonal fabric reinforcement in the corrugations as standard, with the option for smaller sidewalls to include this feature upon request.
CLEAT RANGE
Our cleats are designed for peak performance, with C-type and TC-type cleats ensuring maximum conveying capacity and stellar self-cleaning abilities. Produced through a meticulous molding process, our cleats boast high stiffness and robust impact resistance, resisting deformation under high-density material loads.
For conveying angles below 40 degrees, T-type cleats are common; for angles exceeding 40 degrees, C-type, TC-type, or TCS-type cleats are recommended.
The precision adjustment of cleat distance is crucial, considering alignment with sidewall wave crests and side bolts.
