SIDEWALL SPECIFICATION

Our sidewalls at GRAND RUBBER epitomize cutting-edge design and manufacturing prowess. The design accommodates high compression, guaranteeing smooth inner deflection even around tight radii.

A standout feature is the ability to press the sidewalls from both sides during application, enhancing bond strength and security. With diagonal fabric insertion, the sidewalls offer excellent tear resistance and flexibility. Our rigorously tested rubber compounds ensure maximum flexibility, abrasion resistance, and tensile strength, with added resistances where necessary.
For sidewalls measuring 120mm and above, we include standard diagonal fabric reinforcement in the corrugations, with optional inclusion for smaller sidewalls upon request.


CLEAT SPECIFICATION

Our cleats are meticulously designed for peak performance. The C-type and TC-type cleats deliver maximum conveying capacity while exhibiting superb self-cleaning capabilities. Manufactured via a specialized molding process, these cleats are constructed from premium rubber materials, ensuring high stiffness and robust impact resistance. They maintain their shape even under the stress of high-density materials. The distinct rubber formula not only heightens stiffness but also fortifies the cleats against deformation from prolonged stress.
 

For applications requiring a conveying angle of less than 40 degrees, the T-type cleat is the optimal choice. However, when tackling angles exceeding 40 degrees, explore the versatility of our C-type, TC-type, or TCS-type cleats, designed to ensure impeccable performance and reliability.
