Product Classification
According to whether there is edge glue: moulded edge belt and cut edge belt.
According to the framework material: nylon (NN) canvas core conveyor belt (nylon belt, NN belt for short); Polyester (EP) canvas core conveyor belt (referred to as polyester belt, EP belt).

Product Purpose
It is widely used in coal, mining, port, metallurgy, electric power, chemical industry, casting, building materials, cement, and other industries and places that need high-speed and fast transportation of materials, and it is used to transport non-corrosive block, granular, powder materials, bulk materials or finished articles.

According to the different carcasses used in the fabric conveyor belt, we can supply Nylon(NN) belt Polyester(EP) belt, and Cotton canvas(CC) belt.
 
NN conveyor belt
It is one of the best quality synthetic fibers used in the rubber industry nowadays. The nylon fabric is woven by nylon fibers in warp and weft, its advantages include high abrasion resistance, high tensile strength, and good fatigue resistance. A nylon belt has the characteristics of a thin belt body, high tensile strength, impact resistance, high adhesion, splendid flexibility, and long working life. It is available for conveying materials of medium and long distance, heavy loading, and high speed.
EP conveyor belt
Polyester conveyor belt also called EP conveyor belt, its tension resistant body is canvas woven with polyester in warp and nylon in the weft. The belt's advantages include low elongation in warp and good trough ability in weft, heat resistance, impact resistance, good water resistance, good wet strength, no mold, and availability for medium, long distance, and heavy-duty transportation of materials.
CC conveyor belt
It is a traditional conveyor belt, suitable for short and medium-distance materials conveying. The cotton canvas is woven by cotton fibers both in warp and weft, it has low elongation, good in mechanical fastening and adhesion with rubber. CC conveyor belt has small deformation in high-temperature environment, available for a short distance and light duty transportation of materials.

Production Process

Mixing → Calendaring →Laminating → Vulcanising - Inspecting/packing

1. The initial phase of the production process is to mix the rubber.
2. The calendering process mainly completes the fabric coating, cover sheeting, and bonding of the belt carcass and the covering sheet.
3. Laminating is the process of neatly adhering multiple layers of the belt together longitudinally, sticking edge rubber on both sides, and covering rubber on the top and bottom to make a belt blank.
4. Rubber vulcanization is one of the most important procedures in the processing of rubber conveyor belts, as well as the final step in the manufacturing process.
5. Finished belt after testing.
