SIDEWALL RANGE
GRAND RUBBER sidewalls exemplify cutting-edge design and manufacturing prowess. Engineered for maximum flexing without fatigue, their superb vertical stability ensures secure load retention and smooth return side support. The design is optimized for high compression, facilitating seamless inner deflection even around tight radii.
An outstanding feature is the dual-side pressing capability during application to the base belt, offering superior bond strength and security. The innovative diagonal fabric insertion delivers remarkable tear resistance and enhances flexibility. The expertly tested rubber compounds ensure premium flexibility, high abrasion resistance, and superior tensile strength, with additional resistances tailored to specific needs.
Sidewalls of 120mm and upwards integrate specialized diagonal fabric reinforcement in the corrugations as a standard feature, while smaller sidewalls can include this upon request.
CLEAT RANGE
Our cleat designs guarantee peak performance. The C-type and TC-type cleats deliver unmatched conveying capacity with excellent self-cleaning properties. Molded using specially developed rubber, these cleats offer remarkable stiffness and impact resistance, maintaining their form even under the strain of high-density materials. The unique rubber formula enhances rigidity and impact resistance, preventing deformation under long-term stress.
For conveying angles below 40 degrees, a T-type cleat is recommended; for angles exceeding 40 degrees, C-type, TC-type, or TCS-type cleats are advised to ensure optimal performance.
Precision in cleat distance adjustments is crucial, taking into account alignment with the sidewall wave crest and side bolt for optimal efficiency.
