SIDEWALL SPECIFICATION

Our cutting-edge sidewalls reflect the pinnacle of modern design and manufacturing. They guarantee maximum flexing without fatigue and feature profiles with superior vertical stability and load retention capacity, ensuring smooth inner deflection around tight radii.

A key advantage of our sidewalls is their ability to be pressed from both sides when applied to the base belt, enhancing bond strength and security. The diagonal fabric insertion adds exceptional tear resistance and flexibility. Our rigorously tested rubber compounds assure superior flexibility, high abrasion resistance, and tensile strength.
For sidewalls of type 120mm and beyond, special diagonal fabric reinforcement in the corrugations is standard. Smaller sidewalls can also be equipped with this feature upon request.


CLEAT SPECIFICATION

The cleat's innovative design optimizes performance, with C-type and TC-type cleats maximizing conveying capacity while offering excellent self-cleaning capabilities. Molding processes and specially formulated rubber materials give the cleats substantial stiffness and impact resistance, preventing deformation even under the heaviest material loads. Our cleat's unique rubber formula enhances stiffness and impact resistance, maintaining integrity under prolonged stress.
 

For optimal performance in material transport, the selection of cleats is crucial. When the conveying angle is under 40 degrees, the T-type cleat is typically employed. However, when dealing with angles exceeding 40 degrees, it is more effective to utilize C-type, TC-type, or TCS-type cleats for superior stability and control.

Achieving precise alignment of cleats is key to operational success. It is essential to finely adjust the cleat distance by carefully considering the correlation with the sidewall wave crest and the positioning of the side bolt. This attention to detail ensures seamless integration and enhanced efficiency in transport operations.
