Product Use

Product Structure

The general-purpose fabric conveyor belt is made of multi-ply rubberized nylon (NN) canvas, polyester (EP) canvas, or cotton(CC) canvas as the skeleton material, covered with coating rubber with different properties, and manufactured through calendering, molding, vulcanization, and other processes.

Product Features

Nylon (NN) conveyor belts have the advantages of a light belt body, good elasticity, high strength, impact resistance, and grooving. It is suitable for conveying materials in medium and long distances, in large volumes, and at high speed.

Polyester (EP) conveyor belt has the advantages of high initial modulus, good thermal stability of belt body size, high strength, small elongation, and impact resistance. It is suitable for conveying materials in medium and long distances, in large volumes,s and at high speeds.
