By using temperature:
Grade 1: T1, built to endure test temperatures up to 100 ºC.
Grade 2: T2, designed to withstand test temperatures as high as 125 ºC.
Grade 3: T3, with the capability to handle test temperatures reaching up to 150 ºC.
Grade 4: T4, robustly constructed for test temperatures no higher than 180 ºC.
Grade 5: T5, engineered to tolerate test temperatures reaching up to 250 ºC.
Grade 6: T6, crafted for enduring extreme test temperatures up to 400 ºC.
Product Features
Engineered with precision, the GRAND RUBBER heat resistant belt is composed of EP fabric, known for its high modulus and minimal shrinkage. The cover compound, crafted from modified SBR or EPDM, offers remarkable thermal stability. This superior construction enables the belt to transport hot materials with surface temperatures ranging from 100 to 400ºC, making it indispensable in steel plants, cement facilities, and coke glass plants.
