By Using Temperature:
Grade 1: T1, engineered to withstand test temperatures not exceeding 100 ºC.
Grade 2: T2, specially designed to handle test temperatures up to 125 ºC.
Grade 3: T3, capable of enduring test temperatures up to 150 ºC.
Grade 4: T4, proficient in withstanding test temperatures of up to 180 ºC.
Grade 5: T5, constructed to tolerate test temperatures up to 250 ºC.
Grade 6: T6, robustly built to endure test temperatures up to 400 ºC.
Product Features
The GRAND RUBBER heat resistant belts feature an EP fabric with high modulus and low shrinkage properties, paired with a cover compound of modified SBR or EPDM. This exceptional combination grants the belts outstanding thermal stability, making them perfect for transporting hot materials with surface temperatures ranging from 100 - 400ºC, ideal for steel plants, cement factories, and coke glass plants.
